1. Agreement and acceptance
Booking, payment of an advance, written approval of a quotation or instruction to begin design, procurement, production or site work constitutes acceptance of the agreed project documents and these terms.
2. Scope, measurements and quantities
- Work is limited to the items, quantities, finishes and services stated in the approved quotation and drawings.
- Preliminary estimates based on a floor plan are subject to final site measurements and design development.
- Square-foot, running-foot, unit-rate or turnkey prices are applied according to the measurement method stated in the quotation.
- Items not expressly included—including civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, appliances, loose furniture or premium accessories—are excluded unless added in writing.
3. Design approvals and changes
Production begins only after the client approves the relevant drawings, dimensions, finishes and scope. Any change after approval may affect cost and delivery time. Rework, material already procured and factory work already completed will be chargeable.
Site conditions discovered after dismantling or during execution may require revised drawings, additional work or a revised quotation.
4. Material specifications
- IS 710 marine/waterproof plywood may be used for kitchens, bathroom vanities and moisture-exposed applications where specified.
- IS 303 commercial plywood may be used for wardrobes, bedroom/living units and other dry-area applications where specified.
- HDHMR, MDF, block board, acrylic, laminates, veneers, glass and profile systems will follow the approved quotation and selection sheet.
- Natural grains, shades and patterns may vary between samples and supplied batches.
- When an approved brand, shade or model is unavailable, HiVibes Interio LLP may propose an equivalent or higher-grade alternative. Client approval will be obtained where the visible design or price materially changes.
- Client-supplied items must reach the factory or site before the scheduled work. Related delays will extend the project timeline.
5. Pricing, invoices and payment schedule
Rates are based on the agreed scope and specification. Where work is priced per square foot, running foot, unit or turnkey amount, supplier purchase invoices are not part of the pricing basis unless expressly agreed. Applicable GST and statutory charges will be invoiced as required.
| Stage | Payment milestone |

Work, procurement, dispatch or installation may be paused when a payment is overdue. Amounts committed to customised procurement or production are non-refundable as described in the Cancellation Policy.
6. Timelines and delays
Any displayed execution period, including a planned 45-day period, is indicative and begins only after design approval, required payment, material availability and site readiness. Timelines may change due to revisions, delayed approvals or payments, client-supplied materials, civil/site conditions, restricted access, holidays, transport disruption or events beyond reasonable control.
7. Client and site responsibilities
- Provide safe access, working electricity, water where required and permission for deliveries and installation.
- Ensure civil, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting and other prerequisite work is complete on schedule.
- Remove or protect personal belongings and disclose known leakage, termite, structural or service-line issues.
- Obtain society, building or local permissions required for work, access, debris movement or working hours.
8. Delivery, installation and handover
Factory-completed materials are dispatched after the applicable milestone payment and site-readiness confirmation. Additional handling, storage, repeat transportation or remobilisation caused by an unready site or client delay may be charged. Minor snag items recorded at handover will be scheduled for rectification.
9. Warranty and service
The advertised 10-year service warranty applies only where it is recorded in the final quotation or warranty document and is subject to its coverage and maintenance conditions. Third-party hardware, appliances and accessories carry their respective manufacturer warranty.
Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, overloading, unauthorised alteration, accidents, building movement, persistent leakage, dampness, flooding, termites after handover, electrical/plumbing failures, natural material variation or damage caused by third parties.
10. Communication, governing law and jurisdiction
Concerns should first be submitted in writing so both parties can attempt an amicable resolution. These terms are governed by Indian law. If a dispute cannot be resolved mutually, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
